TGI Fridays in Conway

Out of all the restaurants in the area, I'm glad that this location was open 15 mins sooner than most. That way I was able to get ahead of Friday (no pun intended) lunch traffic. The bartender/server Landon was excelled in giving me suggestions for my lunch while making drinks for other customers. I'm glad I made the decision to eat here today and the food actually hit the spot as you can see.

I always enjoy their ribs with Jack sauce or a grilled chicken entree. Service was mediocre but nothing major to complain about.

I had that million-dollar Cobb salad and it was paired very well

Went for an anniversary dinner! The waiter was awesome! He connected with us and was helpful! He was great at his job!

TGIF is one of my favorite places to eat. I love their monthly drink options. I tried the shimmer diva and it was yummy.

The spinach and artichoke dip was outstandingly delicious, however, If I may suggest adding a couple more choices for the sauce to use with the whiskey glazed burger w/ bacon and cheese. Remove the bread and butter pickles to add regular pickles.

Food was good, service was a little slow but overall was good.

This place is great. Every time I come here it’s the best. I drive from Little Rock just to come to this location and it is always worth it. Tanner was our bartender and did fantastic. Lucky to have such a great staff. Keep up the good service and standard please. Thank you

In my 29 years of living I've never cared to dine out because I'm always disappointed... but last night I had the best experience ever! Awesome waiter, she checked on us frequently & made sure we were good. Wait for the food a little longer than anticipated due to graduation but oh was it worth it!! Food was GREAT!!! Ate so fast I was miserable, felt drunk lol. My tab was kind of high which it usually is but I walked out proud of ever penny I spent! MY NEW SPOT!! Wish I could give my waiter a shout out but food was so great I forgot it! But my girlfriend & I will definitely return & get it next time!

They have full rack of ribs for $12.99 as long as you get the regular BBQ ones and not the whiskey BBQ. They were pretty good.

Bug in salad, daughters meal came out very late. We all finished eating by time her food came out. Accidentally gave her food to the wrong table.

Has been a few months since eaten at a Friday's. That has been too long. Forst time eating at this location. Tony was an excellent server! Nice location and clean. First time having the whisky burger and it is excellent. Wife enjoyed her steak, and the kids gobbled up their sliders. Definitely recommend Fridays and this location.

As always great service even for my to go order. Very prompt and great customer service even though they were slammed busy. Always a great trip to the conway location

My food is always hot and fresh! I usually do curbside pickup and they’re quick when it comes to bringing out the food!

Been a while since I visited a TGI Friday's. This location was very clean, good hot food, and good service.

The food was ok it really could have been better. The waiter we had was really unresponsive to OUR table but he was completely comfortable with the table behind us they even got their check before they were done with there meal.

It was an ok experience. Servers seemed nice, but the food was subpar. Chicken tasted as if it had been cooked many hours ago. Beer however was on point, ice cold and fresh.

Absolutely terrible. The most rude, disrespectful, inattentive restaurant staff I've ever seen. We never got any food so I can't comment on that. We got seated timely enough but that's where the good ended. After about 10 minutes we got soft drinks, then our server disappeared. 10 minutes later, the bartender stepped from behind the bar, into the prep area and turned the music up so loud my wife and I had to yell to each other across the table. Another 15 minutes went by and I spotted our server talking to co-workers in the kitchen. I tried to get his attention but evidently I wasn't seen, by anyone, and certainly couldn't be heard. I've never walked out of a restaurant in my life, tonight we did. Inexcusable. I'll never be back.

We arrived at 6:45 for dinner. 5 in our party. Maybe 4 other tables. After we ordered, 45 minutes later I had to ask for our dinner salads. The server said he forgot! Within 5 minutes, our entrees were served. The mashed potatoes were instant. Everything else was mediocre.

We ordered the ribs with whiskey glaze... it was so good that we ordered a tub of the glaze to go! Service was excellent!

This was my first time at this TGI Fridays. The service was good and the food was done really well also. They seemed to be taking really good public health precautions also.

I saw a similar post a while ago about someone at Applebee’s or something. I’ve always been skeptical about ordering steaks anywhere since then. However, tonight I really wanted one. I ordered to-go from TGI Fridays (Conway, AR) and when I got home I thought, “wow this seems really small....” I decided to try the weight test. Well what can you guess? I paid $20 for a meal and literally got HALF the meat. I’m not one to post a critical review because I get it, a bad day or something. But this has NOTHING to do with customer service and all to do with greed. As a college student (and anyone else who eats here) we work hard for our money. I hate being taken advantage of, but even worse, I hate when OTHERS are being taken advantage of. I’m ashamed of TGI Fridays. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but I know it does. Maybe they’ll see this and make an adjustment.

Me and my fiance and his family all went here for dinner. Great food, but the servers were being really really slow. Other tables that got here after us were in and out faster than us. Also, they kept forgetting to refill our cups and parts of our meals were missing. Not saying we won't come back, but maybe we'd come back sooner if things were just a little faster and better.

Good environment to eat. Little on the expensive side, especially for 2 adults. Food wait wasn't bad either. Menu looked a little smaller as well.

I will not be coming to TGI Friday’s on fight nights anymore, it has taken us over 10 minutes to get a server to our table. Three other servers have walked past us multiple times without saying anything. It took about 25 minutes for just our drinks too. A different server was sweeping, and just started sweeping under my table. I am a server elsewhere and I would NEVER sweep under someone’s table that they are currently sitting at. I see that as the rudest thing in the customers perspective . But I will say, I appreciate OUR server Jesse, who’s section isn’t anywhere near our table, he has been very kind and made it a better visit just by his persona. So thank you very much Jesse. You have been wonderful. Unlike everyone else. I hope the manager sees this.

This was my second time to eat here. Both times were wonderful! Our server was courteous, polite and helpful. The food was great and priced fairly.

I have recently switched to a plant based diet and was very happy to see the Beyond Meat Burger on the menu. It was delicious!

Ordered the flat iron steak . What I got was 5 chunks of meat that was not a flat iron steak over a chunk of hard cold cheese. I was not happy went home and ate a poptart. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO EAT. The poptart was better.

Sirloin steak seriously undercooked and tough. The rest of the food was good.

As far as the menu goes, this is a chain restaurant so the quality is consistent with every Fridays I've ever been to, but we had a great team of servers that took care of our group. They joked with us and even if we were obnoxious and annoying, they never let on that they thought we were. It was extremely busy when we were there and we didn't wait long for anything. The ticket times were rolling and the bar was on top of our needs. Great job!

The people were kind and the food was good. I asked for milk with my dinner and was told when dinner was served they were out. Because of health reasons, I have to have milk with meals. Made experience a waste if time for me. To sit and just be able to look at the food I was so hungry for... If he had told me earlier, I could have made a mad dash to a nearby convenience store and all would have been solved.

Service was great! Food was bland. Chicken needed some seasoning.

My boyfriend and I just had an absolutely wonderful meal!! Our server, Nick, rocked! He answered all of our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. The food was cooked to perfection. We had the 2 for $14, was the steak, salmon and coconut shrimp. The steak was cook perfectly, the salmon was fresh and the taste vivid, and the shrimp was tender and juicy. And the manager, Carissa, was first class!! We had no wait time and would highly recommend you stop by!!

Clean and neat. Great atmosphere. Good good. Mostly small portions though and they could do better on their bathrooms but that's mostly the customers.

We left the restaurant about 1:30 PM on Saturday 5-23-2020.I had fish, and my husband had ribs. Very good meal. When we were done the waiter set the check on the table and walked away. We took the check, and headed up front. One of the waitresses graciously told us that our server is your cashier. Well we went back to our table, and along comes our waiter. I said we didn't know he was going to be our cashier since he didn't say anything. Well he says "well you should have known, Where do you think you are- Waffle house? Well I guess we looked to him like we should eat at waffle house, but we are very comfortably retired. We usually eat out once per week at a somewhat high end restaurant. It gives us a reason to take the crossfire out on a trip. Well we tried TGI Fridays for the first and last time. Do not want a free meal, do not want any coupons etc.
